Wende returns to music venues for a new club tour featuring a brand-new album. Following two sold-out shows at Doornroosje last June, she is set to perform in the Rode Zaal in the spring of 2027.
Wende is one of the Netherlands’ most versatile pop artists. Since 2003, she has released eight albums and won Edison Awards in multiple categories. “MENS” (2019) won the Edison Pop award, while “Sterrenlopen” (2023), which featured collaborations with Froukje and S10, debuted at number 2 on the Album Top 100. One thing has remained constant throughout her concerts and festival appearances over the past twenty years: seeing Wende live is an unforgettable experience.
In 2024 and 2025, she performed her show “Vrijplaats” over nineteen nights at a sold-out Carré, joined by guests such as Sef, MEROL, Jacqueline Govaert, Antoon, and Naaz. This was followed by a sold-out tour across the Netherlands and Belgium.
In addition, she has collaborated with Dutch orchestras, Nederlands Dans Theater, and the Dutch National Ballet; received a Golden Calf nomination for her acting; and performed her English-language show “The Promise” in cities including New York, Adelaide, and Hong Kong.
